US Domestic Shipping

We ship to all states in the USA. We offer competitive shipping rates to all states. You can find your rate in checkout before placing your order.

International Shipping

At the moment, we only offer shipping to Canada. The nature of our products makes it difficult to ship across the globe. We hope in the future shipping allows us to expand to other countries. If you would seriously like to place an order with us and live in a country that we don’t have listed please give us a call at 1-715-762-1885. We will attempt to ship too those that are seriously interested. Shipping costs will vary. To ship to Canada we offer a flat rate charge of $35.99.

To those that qualify for return. We do not give out return shipping labels. We will ask that you return products at your own expense. Please read below to see if your order qualifies for return/refund.

Returns & Exchanges

***UPDATE AS OF 06-01-2020.*** Due to COVID-19 and to help prevent the spread of the virus, temporarily all sales are final. We will not be accepting any returns or issuing any refunds on any products sold at this time. We can not resell any returned products so please be cautious of this new policy when buying. If you are unsure of a fragrance please call us for a sample! We can mail out free samples to anyone interested. The ONLY exception to this policy is if you have not received an order that was shipped or an item was damaged in transit. We do ask you check with your local post office first to find out if there was a mix up. If a package was lost and not delivered we can offer partial refunds or other options. (Again this exception will be up to our discretion based on the factors relating to the issue) This change is effective immediately and will be running until further notice. Thank you for understanding. *****

Regarding the “Patchouli Garden” perfume. If you are unsure if you’d like this fragrance, please request a free scent card to sample this perfume before purchasing. We offer no returns or refunds on this product. 

Due to health and safety concerns, we do NOT issue refunds or returns on any of our health and beauty products that have been opened or the seal has been removed. This includes: Lotions, Shower Gels, Body Sprays, Perfume Roll ons, Bar Soaps, Essential Oils, and Body Powders. We recommend asking for FREE SAMPLES if you are interested in trying a new scent! We do not offer exchanges for any products erroneously ordered.

Items missing or damaged in shipping must be reported within 36 hours of delivery. Detailed photographs of the damaged item(s), shipping container and the packing contents will be required before a refund will be considered.

If you have not received your order by the USPS estimated delivery day, please contact your local post office first and provide them with the USPS tracking number sent with your emailed shipping confirmation.

Any packages returned to us that are unclaimed by the buyer will only receive a partial refund. You (the buyer) are responsible to pick up your packages at your post office if the post office in unable to deliver to your home. We are not responsible for any unclaimed packages. Please be responsible with your order to avoid this issue.

Any and all other return requests must be within 15 days of delivery and pre-authorized by an employee of Patchouli Garden, LLC.
