For Hair: Apply 3-5 drops to the palm of your hand. Use your fingers to comb the oil throughout your hair. Can be applied to wet or dry hair. Use a comb or brush to get a more even coverage.
For Body: After showering or bathing, apply desired amount of oil to your hands and rub into skin as needed to help with dry skin.
